Linda's offers a variety of shipping options to customers worldwide. All US orders over $75 and all worldwide orders over $200 are eligible for free shipping up to a shipping cost of $15.00.
All items listed as "In stock" ship from our warehouse within two (2) business days. Items listed as "Available" ship once the listed processing time has been completed. Estimated ship dates are provided for items listed as "Available" or "Not in stock". Estimated ship dates are subject to change by the vendor.
The shipping method selected at checkout does not expedite the two (2) business day order processing time for items listed as "Available" or "Not in stock".

US Shipping Options
Free Shipping (US)
USPS - First Class Mail (does not include insurance)
All items listed as "In-Stock" are present in our warehouse. These items can be processed and shipped immediately, but may take up to two (2) business days to ship. Please contact customer service if you need same-day processing on your order.
Items listed as "Available" are not present in our warehouse, but are confirmed in-stock at our vendor's warehouse.
The time listed after "Available" in the drop-down menu is the amount of time required to acquire the item from the vendor. Once complete, we can ship the item via any requested shipping method. Note that selecting an expedited shipping method will not reduce the amount of time required to transfer the item from the vendor.
Transfer times from the vendor's warehouse may vary from the listed time. If this occurs, we will inform you by email.
Items listed as “Not In Stock” are not present in our warehouse. These items are still available from the vendor with the estimated shipping time shown in the drop down menu.
The time listed after “Not in stock“ in the drop-down menu is the estimated amount of time required to acquire the item from the vendor. Once complete, we can ship the item via any requested shipping method. Note that selecting an expedited shipping method will not reduce the amount of time required to transfer the item from the vendor.
In the event that your item is not received on the estimated ship date provided in your back order notice, the vendor will be contacted in order to get updated information. This information will then be shared with you via email.
Online orders are not automatically insured. Most orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail (FCM) and are not insured. For package insurance, please select USPS Priority Mail (PM), which is insured up to $50.00 or an express shipping option, which is insured for the full value of the goods. Note that only packages verified as "lost" or "damaged in transit" via an insured shipping method are eligible for refund or replacement (up to the value of the insurance). Linda's does not replace or refund packages scanned as "delivered". It is the customer's responsibility to locate the parcel if the tracking status shows the package as delivered.
In order to protect our customers, Linda's Online monitors for potential credit card fraud and identity theft. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the customer's identity. In cases where the order may be fraudulent, the package will not be shipped until the billing information has been successfully verified.
Fraudulent orders will be subject to legal action.
Linda's offers a variety of shipping options for your convenience. All domestic orders over $75 are eligible for free standard shipping. Any domestic orders less than $75 will show a low-cost shipping option at checkout.
All domestic packages include free tracking. When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. USPS shipments are not automatically insured. For package insurance, please contact us or select an expedited shipping method.
If the carrier verifies your package as lost or damaged in transit, we will work with you to replace the item at a discount subject to our discretion. If the tracking information lists the item as delivered correctly, it is the customer's responsibility to care for the package. Linda's does not replace or refund packages scanned as "delivered". Shipping costs are not refundable.
Domestic shipping is also available to APOs, FPOs and Puerto Rico. Orders from other US territories are considered to be international shipments.
If only part of your order is in-stock, the in-stock item(s) may ship before the order is complete. The first part of your order will be sent via your selected shipping method. Any additional shipment(s) will be shipped free of charge via standard USPS shipping.
Incomplete orders may be partially shipped at the customer's request or at the discretion of our shipping department. If you would not like incomplete shipments, please specify in the "comments" section at checkout.
Linda's offers shipping to most international destinations, including free standard shipping for orders over $200.
For orders that qualify for free shipping, any shipping fees above $15.00 will be billed to you in checkout. (For example, if you qualify for free shipping, and the shipping fee is $18.00, you will only be charged $3.00.) All shipping fees, transit times, estimated taxes and duties will be shown in checkout.
Tracking and package insurance is included for free with all international shipments. International orders are not eligible for free partial shipments. Incomplete orders may be shipped on request, however additional charges may apply.
Due to the differences in international law, Linda's cannot precisely predict customs charges. We will do our best to estimate duties and fees during checkout and ship your package in accordance with local requirements.
Paying for customs charges, duties and any other related fees is the responsibility of the customer. Linda's does not reimburse for customs, duties or fees levied by government agencies.
