Online orders are not automatically insured. Most orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail (FCM) and these orders are not insured. For package insurance, please select USPS Priority Mail (PM), which is insured up to $50.00 or FedEx/UPS which is insured for the full value of the goods. Note that only packages verified as "lost" or "damaged in transit" via an insured shipping method are eligible for refund or replacement (up to the value of the insurance). Also note that we do not replace or refund packages scanned as "delivered". It is the customer's responsibility to locate the parcel if the tracking status shows the package as delivered.
